Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of vegaspools.ai and any SMS messages you receive from Vegas Pools AI on behalf of a pool service company you have hired. By using our website or by giving your phone number to a pool service company that uses our SMS review-collection service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Vegas Pools AI SMS Program — Key Terms

Program name: Vegas Pools AI Review Request Service

Program description: A short SMS message sent on behalf of a pool service company to its customers after the pool service has been completed, asking the customer to leave a Google review of the pool company. If the customer does not reply to the first message, one optional re-prompt is sent 5 days later.

Message frequency: Recurring per pool service job. You will receive at most 2–3 messages per service job (one optional service confirmation, one review request, and one optional re-prompt).

Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message you receive or send. Vegas Pools AI is not responsible for those charges.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. How to Get Help — HELP

For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a short reply with the program name, message frequency cap, and opt-out instructions. You can also email ryan@vegaspools.ai for support.

3. How to Opt Out — STOP

To stop receiving SMS messages from us, reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been opted out, and you will not receive any further messages from us. If you change your mind later, contact your pool service company to be re-added.

4. How You Consent

You consent to receive SMS messages from Vegas Pools AI on behalf of your pool service company by providing your mobile phone number to the pool service company during the service intake process and agreeing to their service agreement, which includes language similar to: “I agree to receive SMS messages from [Pool Company Name] for service updates and a single review request after my service is completed. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.” You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP as described above.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to receive SMS messages from us. You represent that the mobile phone number you provide is yours or that you have authority to provide it for this purpose.

6. Privacy

We collect and use information about you as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Website Use

You may use vegaspools.ai for its intended purposes — researching our service, booking an audit, or communicating with us. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its underlying systems.

8. Disclaimers

The website and SMS service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that messages will always be delivered, that the website will always be available, or that content will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Vegas Pools AI, our officers, employees, contractors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or the SMS service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) in the aggregate.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
